Retitle the EDCR explainer eyebrow: "how it works"…

Details

The generic "Interactive · how it works" kicker now names the research area
(parallel to the scaling-laws section's "Interactive · scaling laws"), matching
the widget's own neurosymbolic-explainer identity. The h2 ("A network that
learns the shape of its own mistakes.") already carries the specific hook. Also
updates the section aria-label from the generic "How my research works".
