Record that merged head branches now auto-delete

Details

Settings → General → 'Automatically delete head branches' is now ON
(delete_branch_on_merge=true), so the old 'merged branches don't auto-delete'
note was stale. Keeps the cleanup workflow documented as the backstop for
branches that predate the setting, and spells out what is NOT cleanup fodder: a
branch with no PR, or one whose PR was closed unmerged, still holds commits that
never reached main.
