Fresh-expert review's #1 issue: the fan-vs-grid geometry that names the paper was buried in a 150px inset. Phase 1 now replaces the loss-vs-log(D) plot with a large labelled (N,D) panel — collinear = a fan of rays (D=k·N) from the origin, non-collinear = a grid — with real N/D axes and the design chip spotlighting the active design. Loss-vs-D axes suppressed in phase 1 (showAxes); small geometry inset restricted to phase 3 (removed from 2/4 where it occluded data); hover suppressed under the panel.
