Hero CTA hierarchy + dock glyph centering

Details

Collapse the four near-equal hero CTAs into one arrow-bearing filled
primary (with the single allowed accent-tinted dual-tone shadow) + one
outlined secondary, demoting Scholar/GitHub to quiet inline text links
(Linear/jonbarron two-tier pattern). Optically center the dock toggle
glyphs in their slots.
