Tune(v3): soften the block gloss a touch

Details

Lower the specular opacity and slightly enlarge the hot core in both
themes so the gloss reads more subtle: dark core .28->.24 / sheen
.12->.11 / halo .09->.08 / core-r 5->5.5rem; light core .20->.17 /
sheen .14->.12 / halo .08->.07.
