Single "Display controls" dock label + see-through…

Details

Per the owner's review of the deployed preview:
- Replace the two opposing eyebrow labels (DISPLAY … CONTROLS) with one
  left-anchored "Display controls" label, mirroring the nav wordmark's
  position. The 1fr|auto|1fr grid keeps the toggles dead-centred.
- Make the dock far more transparent (dark 0.38 / light 0.45 fill, blur down
  from 20px to 8px) so the animated background and page content stay clearly
  visible through the bar.
