Tune background mesh: larger cells, slower relaxed…

Details

Triple the grid cell size (spacing 40->120px) and soften the cursor
interaction so the dimple eases in gently instead of snapping: lower
spring stiffness (0.045->0.022), higher damping (0.86->0.90), and a
slower well fade-in (0.08->0.045 per frame). Influence radius and pull
are scaled up (230->320, 54->70) so the broad depression still reads
well across the coarser grid.
